Snowfall was generally light in the Dolomites during the 2011/12 winter season, as it was in most of Europe. However, there was more than enough snow in Italy’s Val di Sole, Madonna di Campiglio area providing winter sport enthusiasts with some really great skiing and riding. There were also plenty of bright sunny days in the Dolomites during late January and February enhancing the spectacular mountain scenery. Once again, it was a perfect time to ski Italy. We are looking forward to another great season in 2013 as we go into our 13th consecutive year of offering skiers and riders affordable high season hosted winter vacation packages to the Italian Alps. The fact that we have skiers and riders that come back year after year to enjoy skiing, or snowboarding with us says it all.
